Hi! - I'm new to Dave's Garden

Hello everyone! I'm Liz and I live in Vancouver(BC). I'm an pass-along from the Garden Web. I'm fumbling around trying to get used to the way things work in Dave's Garden so please be patient with me (for awhile anyway). I love this site. Everyone seems so friendly. I just stuck my nose into the chat room, said hello and scurried out - have no idea what they were discussing, something about dogs.

Hi Liz. Welcome. I'm glad you joined us here. The chat room is fun and the conversation changes quickly sometimes(just like real life conversations). Also, there is a UK line and another one. When the main one is too busy I have gone over there. I type slowly so don't keep up well when the conversation gets going fast. Sometimes I just lurk a while and leave, come back later. Try that. Anyway this site is a fun place, we are getting more forums all the time. I live in eastern Oregon.
