DITTO!

You never know, you may get your wish, just dont go holding your breath waiting, lol, same applies for waiting for summer to arrive.

If you come South looking to escape the snow, don't stop in Tennessee because we got snow this morning, too.

Come on down to Florida, today's high should be around 74.

Kittanning, PA

Tim,
Too many bugs there....YUCK!!! Would like your temps though...can you send some my way PLEASE!!!!!

Panama, NY(Zone 5a)

same snow here - MAY WILL BE BETTER!!! please??????

south central, WI(Zone 5a)

Snow and sun in WI, high winds too. I was going to ask people where can I move where there is long spring and fall, not too hot summers, no high humidity, adequate rainfall, medical facilities close by, reasonable land rates, not a high crime area---you know-Kind of heaven on earth for gardeners--anyone know where that is?

Bay City, MI(Zone 6a)

ALOHA!!! pick me up on the way! =]

Kylertown, PA(Zone 5b)

Singleyellowrose36, you aren't too far away from me! I am maybe an hour and fifteen minutes to the northeast of you.

SO....needless to say it is snowing HERE too. I got a lovely box of daylilies yesterday, and was at a loss as to what to do with them. I finally decided to plant them and cover them with styrofoam plant protectors until Thursday or Friday, when the weather is supposed to get a bit warmer. Hope they make it.

Palmyra, VA(Zone 7a)

Marcia,
San Diego California! Got almost everything you listed, except for the land rates.

Panama, NY(Zone 5a)

IndaShade - if you're north and west of Kittanning, your just to the west of me - Chautauquqa County NY - lovely stuff. So where we all going? Hmmm, I think this comes under the devil you know!

Kittanning, PA

Can't go to California.....it's gonna fall into the ocean!! well not really....i lived there once...didn't like it much..... course i wasn't far from George AFB....sounded like they were using my roof for a runway... at 3 AM :( anyway....i guess i will stay here ...since we do have each of the 4 seasons....just not as much one one as i would like.... right now...snow is gone? and it's raining outside...gee...wonder what it will do in an hour

Kylertown, PA(Zone 5b)

Actually, I am pretty close to DuBois. I am north EAST of you.

I have relatives that live in Falls Creek... so i do know where DuBois is.... gee small world huh
BTW...Nice to meet you :)

Panama, NY(Zone 5a)

Ok, so you're both south of me. We sold a Border Collie puppy to someone in Kittanning once a few years back. They came up to get it, so we never got down that way. I have been through DuBois, but don't remember when or why.

Kittanning, PA

Kathleen,
How many years ago did you do that? Curiosity is killing me....I had a border collie....but that was awhile ago....when i was a pre-teen.... i lost him about 10 years ago and still miss him.... there aren't too many border collies around here.... although i don't know everyone here thank heavens!! Not quite that old yet!!! LOL :)

Cape May Court House, NJ(Zone 7a)

Way back when, there was a post about 3 things you would bring to a desert island, I don't remember seeing snow on anybody's list so maybe you can jump on the boat and head there!! (HA-HA) sue

Huntington Beach, CA(Zone 10a)

Other than the housing and land prices, you can't beat the weather here in So. Calif. The gardens are alive all winter long, nice 80 deg. weather most of the time, no humidity or bugs. George AFB..is not considered Calif. living...it's DESERT. I love it here.

SYR, the pup was born in 1995, a female named Zero. We sold it to a guy named Ken Craven. We haven't had any for a few years - uncooperative dogs. Stan's thinking about getting another female, and our old Sidney died last Christmas, so we need a male, too. YIKES - 2 pups. oh well, I'll probably survive.

Penobscot, ME(Zone 5a)

Hi guys, Marty here from Maine, guess what, it is SNOWING here too. Is spring ever going to get here? Luckily I do have a greenhouse to escape to when it is nasty out. I love the snow, but I have had ENOUGH. I wouldn't live anywhere but Maine though.

markleysburg, PA(Zone 5a)

Hello Rose and IndaShade , Im south of both of you on the PA WVA MD border and we had about three inches of snow on our mountain this morning but it is already gone. It was 21 degrees and they are calling for teens tonight. My heather has a white bonnet on.
