here's a reply I got from Disney.

forwarded to the appropriate business unit for consideration.

We understand your displeasure with the fact that this webmaster is blocking
your domain and re-directing certain visitors to Disney.com as a "punishment."
Please understand however that due to the nature of the Internet it is virtually
impossible for us to prevent sites from linking to our site for whatever reason.

I got the same message from Disney - made me wonder if they are being "PC" and if, in fact, they will contact Stewart a/k/a Hernandez and discuss this with him or whether they are just going to ignore it.

The reply they sent me said that my concerns were being forwarded to the legal dept. I hope they don't ignore it.

I have been a member on this site for about half hour and am AMAZED about the amount of people who have either been banned or knew people who were banned.
The word "Disney" will never be the same for any of us!!
Its all over folks!!! The black nightness is over and the sun is up......it was all just a bad dream!!

This is my letter to Disney:
Hi I know you are aware that a great many people are being sent to Disney.com when they supposedly do something wrong on the Garden Web. I am another of the growing list of people who get sent to Disney when I try to post anything
on the Garden Web site. Is it not illegial to use some one elses site as a "Goal?".
Perhaps your legal department should look into this matter. Helen in Canada

LOL. Their reply of please visit Disney.com again is kinda funny considering the whole reason that you contacted them.

Well, you know, Spike has made the mistake of slandering or putting in a negative light a powerful and positive corporation. Scrunch!!

Maybe if Disney realizes that Spike IS causing a "negative effect" to the mention of their money-making name, they will pay a bit more attention to our voices.

If not, I do believe what "goes around, comes around".....Spike will get his in the long run! Whatever you put out to the universe comes back 10 fold......whether it be negative or positive.
