I just received this month's issue of Consumer Reports. They have a comparison of flowering shrubs you might find interesting. They compare local nurseries and some of the chain stores.

Actually, its only about 4 pages; you can stand there at the newstand and read it, unless you also want to read the article about "Online Auctions" :) and the article called "Work Gloves that really Work". Then there's the article on "Chain saws" and the one on "Lawn Tractors." Looks like they are hitting gardeners this month!
OK, so just buy the thing!
