can you take cuttings and get them to root? I have one that I cut down last year but it's coming back and I was wondering if that would be a possibility so I can put it in a different spot and give my mom some too as I can not get the root out, it's too big

yes, flowox, they come very easily from cuttings. I have one from an original of mine that i am enjoying in a pot on the porch. I'll put it in the garden when it's a bit bigger.
I've taken tip cuttings in the usual way and they seem to root well. Think i've used hormone rooting compound.
