From Seeds? I have a pack of seeds here and was wondering how easy they are to grow.

tamlamb, if by moss rose, you mean Portulaca grandiflora, then I'd have to say they are pretty easy. I started mine from seed about a month ago, and they are nice sturdy plants, and should be ready to set out after our last frost date (towards the end of this month.)

Didn't do anything special, just scattered them on the soil, and rubbed a bit of peat between my fingers to very lightly cover them (they're small seeds), kept them moist and covered with a dome lid until they germinated.

Good luck!

Don't even need to do that....just scatter the seed on the ground and sit back and watch! Very prolific seeders..soon you'll have masses of Portulaca.....Pursalane is the same way...
