Easter Rhymes Leading to Basket?

Dayton, OH(Zone 5a)

As a child, my mother would do this for my siblings & I. She would write rhymes that would lead from one clue to the next until, ultimately, we read the final rhyme & deciphered where our Easter baskets were hidden. I've been doing this for my children for the past several years and wondered if anyone else does this, too? If so, I'm looking for some new & creative rhymes or ideas. My brain is in slow motion this year.

Here's what I did several years ago (WARNING: it's not at all elegant!)

FIRST CLUE (leads to clue #2 taped under kitchen chair) -->

Good Morning my son and Happy Easter to You!
Did you happen to hear that the bunny was here?
I thought I did hear, him under the chair.
But when I looked up, he leapt into thin air!

SECOND CLUE (leads to clue #3 place on top of craft box) -->

You've done it, By George! You've found your first clue.
I knew you could do it, like when you tied your first shoe!
Many have tried, but few have gone through,
The paper, the markers, the mess that surrounds your very next clue.

THIRD CLUE (leads to clue #4 placed gently on the branches of a tree) -->

Yes, you've found two, but can you find three?
You must use your knees to walk to this tree.
A tree that was planted for us all to see!

FOURTH CLUE (leads to clue #5 in the refrigerator, right by the milk) -->

As you think your way through each clue that you find,
Remember that liquid that feeds your great mind?
It's white and it's cold, and occasionally spilled.
Unless, of course, it's held quite still.

FIFTH CLUE (leads to clue #6 which waits in the baseball mit) -->

The prize is so close, like your parents love!
Oh my stars and heaven above,
What flies over us in the sky like a dove,
and comes to rest all snug in your glove?

FINAL CLUE (leads to Easter basket on the deck) -->

You've done quite well, and you're having such fun!
Keep close now, you're almost right there...
We often sit here, to talk and relax.
It's in the sun, where we meet and say prayers.

It is wonderful for you to do this but I am not at all creative when comes to this. I bet someone will come up with help.
