I got some peony Tree seeds and would love to know how to plant them. ANy one have luck doing this?

Ya know... this reminds me - I've had some tree peony seeds in my fridge since last year. I wonder if they're any good. The fellow that sent them said they take 2 years to sprout. I think Ill go dig them out of the depths of the deep-dark fridge and see whats going on with them - LOL.
