Hey everyone, have missed being here but been very busy...
today, my 46th birthday, we received news from our buyer's agent that the seller accepted our offer on the home of our dreams...

We are very excited... to say the least! The home inspection is Tuesday March 12 and then we do paperwork and get our loan (we are pre-approved) and we're supposed to close on Maundy Thursday or Good Friday.

I will have a triple lot, part shade, part sun, that has had VERY little done to it in many years. The house was built in 1951, and not much done to the yard since it was first put in. Will be needing your expert advice and support as I create my dream garden... I am SO excited.
