Uncleared Checks

I have checks that were written in december to members for various reasons.
To date they still havent cleared. if you have one, please let me know your intentions. it kills me knowing i have checks out. i know they were received, because i got email confirmation, they just havent cleared my bank 1 1/2 months later.
please let me know
