Vic and her hubby came by yesterday on their way home from their trip. What wonderful people they are!!! Very nice and friendly- we all talked nonstop until they had to be on their way.

It is always great to meet the DG folks. It always seems like you've known DG people all of your life when you meet them in person. Vic brought us gifts, and we hooked her up with a couple of plants. A wonderful time, although it was much to short!! :-)

Glad to see that you made it home safe, vic!

aren't they a great couple?? Loved them and sure hated to see them leave so fast, vic and I could have talked all day!!

Hey Trish...we are a lot closer than I thought. We made it home in 4 hours and that included a gas stop, a potty stop where we also walked the dogs, and a supper stop. Not only that, we never drive the camper over 63 or 64. That 454 engine just drinks the gas too fast if we do and it's just too bulky to drive fast. The plants made it home and are happy. I just hope they stay that way. We really enjoyed our wonderful visit with both you and Dave and also with tiG last week. It wasn't long enough but hopefully we'll find our way back another time. Thank you so much to all for allowing us to visit with you and your lovely gardens. We will remember it always......vic

Awww, that's GREAT! I wish I could have sneaked up that way yesterday, and met them, too! (Maybe next time :) Glad you made it home safe and sound!!!
