How do I invite new members

Hello,
I know my sisters and friends would love this site. Is there any particular way to invite new members? Or do I just send them the web address (davesgarden.com)

We always welcome new members. I'm sure that you remember that sign-up is really easy. Feel free to send them to the homepage. As a new member, they can read the forums, but not post, and they can sign up.

TC, it's really easy to send the homepage if you have AOL. Just click on the red heart in the upper right corner and insert in an email. Like Trish said, you're unable to post until you sign up but after that you can post away! :)

I don't have access to Usenet right now, but I wish someone would go onto Usenet and post the URL for Dave's Garden on the gardening newsgroups.

Also, If you know of any other gardening message boards to post to, that would help.

Dave, is it time for you to seek some commercial advertising revenues?

As a suggestion, when you send the link for Davesgarden..it's usually nice to add a small note or something about this site, even if it says..my favorite garden place. That way, it's a personal suggestion and not just something clicked into their mailbox.
