Who lives on the way of my trip?

I will most likely take trip to TN next week to see my mom and help her out. This isn't set in stone yet but let me know if you live on the way and maybe I can stop in and take a break during that long drive. I will go through Cinci into Louisville KY, then towards Hopkinsville on Pennyrile Parkway I think it is. I don't know names, just my way there.........lol

Flowox I am in Ewing Ky but thats off the beaten path from Louisville but if you come this way your more than welcome to stop by.

.......flowox.....ya ever consider sliding on down thru the Lone Star.....the Red River connects to the Arkansas and Ohio rivers which I believe run into the Mississippi....you can just cruise along......

Flowox, your mom lives in Clarksville? We were stationed at Ft Campbell in the 80's and owned a home just off of Peacher's Mill Rd. I also attended college at APSU. I have a dear friend who still lives there and I can ask her if she knows of any state/local programs that can help your mom repair her home. She is sharp as a tack and has been active in local/neighborhood politics in the past. Maybe she can help your mom out.

My Father lives in Clay,KY. It's on your way. He has the most beautiful Hydrangas I've ever seen, He has a guest house. (7 daughters, 1 son, 11 grandchildren) Mostly his Miniture Pincher lives in it in the winter, when he's not on the road w/Dad, my Step-Mom doesn't like animals in thier house. They are very nice people.

Sounds like I'm pretty close. I'm about 75 miles from Clarksville on the West side of Ky Lake. We go to Oak Grove next to Fort Campbell to eat quite often. Great steakhouse there called Charlie's...been there since the 50's. I'm west of where you are going,but still pretty close. Let me know if you need anything and I'll try to help.

I've been to Clarksville. I used to buy lumber from a mill out there, and I'd visit about once a year. lovely area.
