Gosh Go-Vols it seems like I have known all of you for a lifetime instead of just a year. It has been a wonderful year full of information, fun and most of all getting to know the great folks at DG. Imagine me singing "Hip hip hoorah and Many More" Maybe you would rather imagine someone else singing instead. LOL How's about Calalily or Kimberly?

Wow, that year went quickly, nice to be in the list of some nice people that I know and others that I hope to meet this year. Marcia

Wow - a lot of us joined last January. What a great year it has been - made some great friends, got some great plants, and not to mention some of the greates goodies - loquats and fig preserves from Lisa all the way in Louisiana. It has been a very memorable year, especially spending time in Dave's garden.
What a fun family I have found here.

It's been a memorable year for sure.I'm glad to be a part of this family. Some of you I've met in person and some are still dear e-friends who I hope to meet someday.

Indeed it was a very smart move. I communicate on a frequent basis with many of them. I think Lisa was the one who got us comming here to this great place, way back when there were less than 500 people here. About that time Dave was wondering what he had started, and no look at it! Thanks Dave, it is better than ever.

What a way to ring in the new year-thats quite a group! Im so glad you all(ya'll)found this site =] and decided to stick around for a yr!!! Ive made so many GOOD friends here and alot of them are listed above! =]

The members that joined DG during January, 2001 were the "big wave" that changed DG from a little community of seed traders to a comprehensive community of gardeners of every kind.

You all led the charge to the DG that we have today!

Congrats to all you old timers lol. I know it doesn't seem like a whole year has past for you, because of all the fun we have here.

Thanks Dave. I feel priviledged to be included among this great group of members and am certain it is one of the smartest things I have done in a long time. There is just no better group of folks on planet earth.

Well poke my armpits and make me giggle...
has it been a yr already? It must be true, "time flies when you're having fun". This has been a very rewarding year for many many of us. I feel blessed to be here. Thanks for that invite Lisa, glad I took you up on it! (And thanks for that hyperlink...re-reading it makes me still see my 8 yr old self sittin' on that front porch w/my Daisy BB gun, ol' Emerson (you've seen him in the photo forum with his so-called horsemule) and my GrandFather Big Rex sneezing right out loud!
You know what folks? Maybe we could all start another "big wave" again...what could be better than friends inviting their friends to such a good time, a good place, good comraderie and plentiful sharing?
