I got an early Present!!!!!!

OH My I just had to tell someone and you guys are the one's I picked!!!!!! I did some x-mas shopping this morning with DH and of course I got stuck in the aisle with the digital camera's!!!!!! Well I was going on and on about Joan's camera and Dave's camera and flofox's camera and everyone else that has told us all what camera they have!!! I guess he got sick of listening to me and blurted out that he had already bought one for me and that it was hidden outside in his truck!!!!!!! (yea)
When we got out side he showed it to me and right now it is sitting on my lap!!!!!! I have not opened it yet cause I had to tell you guys first!!! It is a:

OLYMPUS CAMEDIA C-3000!!!!!!

It say's on the box 3x optical zoom! 3.34 megapixel ccd with true 2048x1536 resolution to create photo prints, in color or black and white or to create quicktime movies!!!!! It also has extended life 3V lithium batteries!!!!!!
Well I better stop rambleing now so I can open the box!!!!!! I sure hope it's easy to use!!!!

I ordered a polarized lens for my camera, hoping it would get here before christmas so my pics turn out better but no such luck :o(
Didn't come today so it won't be until Wednesday now.

I remember how excited I was when I got my camera so I know how you feel..........yipee.......have fun and take lots and lots to show us :o)

Fantastic! I know what you mean by exciting! I almost cried when I finally got mine and it doesn't have half the features of yours! I know you will be having fun with it. :}

I read this and was so excited, I could hardly contain myself. But I noticed Flo's name, too. It's still a little better than one I saw, Flowbox. And, yes, bring on the pictures. I know I won't get a camera for a long time if ever, so I need to share yours.

I found out a couple of weeks ago that Santa is bringing me a digital camera too. Maybe we were good after all.

Well I took some pic's but I can't figure out how to get them from camera to computer!!!!! I keep getting this little message that says check the port, and a few other things that I can't remember right now!!!! Anybody have any idea's??????? Maybe by next year I will figure this thing out!!!! (at least that's not too far away)

Oh Ruby, you're gonna love it. I didn't even think I wanted one til I got it. Now I take pics of everything. I keep an album of my garden all summer. And then there are all the Grand kids, I have an album on the computer for each of them. Just be sure and back them up on a disk or CD in case you have a computer problem. It's so great to be able to take pics of the kids and then zip them off via email to them the very same day after our visit. Yours sounds super - does it do windows too???? lol.

Iam happy for all of you recieving a digital camera. YOU LUCKY DOGS! I know too, like aimee,no camera for me in the near future.But....just maybe I can learn a little more about them and how to apply them to my puter.I still am trying to figure out things on the "puter"
