That's what it looks like to me as well, however I don't have a species.
It is indeed a Tachinid - possibly in the genus Eudejeania - https://www.biodiversity4all.org/taxa/967697-Eudejeania-aldrichi or Melanepalpus - https://www.inaturalist.org/taxa/1081739-Melanepalpus
