I can't find anything that matches its description. It's very similar looking to a monarch caterpillar, maybe 2nd instar, except the black stripes are setae that go down into black tufts along its sides. It came in on a piece of mail, so no plants to help identify it. It was found in Fort Myers, FL. I've been raising monarchs, queens, swallowtails, gulf fritillaries and zebra longwings for nearly 10 years now & I've never seen one like this. Anyone know?
