What group would this belong to?
CLOSED: A Beetle
I'll stick my neck out here and say I think it's a Snow Lady Beetle. I only say this because I've been looking at all kinds of lady beetles today and this one looked familiar.
Great, thanks very much.
Interesting, found one record from Brazil but all the rest are from US and Canada. Maybe a close relative.
I’ll be curious to see if it is indeed a Snow Lady. I’ll monitor to see what Flapdoodle has to say.
It is a scarab beetle; looks like Cyclocephala rutilina - https://www.dealswins.com/detail/384261899563
Thank you, wow not very common.
