I plan to repot my container blueberries. Do I repot them now while they’re still in full leaf so the roots have a chance to settle in before it gets really cold? Or do I prune out the old branches first before repotting? From what I’ve read, old branches should be pruned when the plant is dormant. I can’t have it both ways. Which way should I go?
Container blueberries
Repot and prune while plant is dormant. "Settling in" is not necessary. Plants should resume growth in Spring.
Thank you. I’ll do that!
