What tree is this? After taking a picture, AI tells me it's some type of Oak but I'm not seeing anything that looks exact, that's from my area of Washington State.

I suspect your seedling tree is gaining some altitude by now - and hopefully some more chlorophyll. How about some more pictures, including the undersides of leaves and some clear closeups of the new buds?
I'm not real familiar with PNW oaks, though I suppose some eastern species could have been planted in your neighborhood. Close inspection of your singular photo shows bristle tips on the leaf lobes; that puts your plant in the Red Oak group among the genus Quercus species.
Here is a resource worth reading about, and perhaps visiting if Tacoma doesn't have such a collection close at hand.
