Very small fly.

Its wing pattern and general appearance appear consistent with flies in the family Drosophilidae (vinegar/pomace flies; sometimes also called fruit flies (true fruit flies are in the family Tephritidae). However, I have never seen a drosophilid with green eyes; they usually are of a reddish hue.
