how do I search the Trade Lists?

no matter what I do, whenever I try to search the Trade Lists it only shows Wanted-listings but never Have-listings,
they still show up on profiles but never when I search, even if I check the box it still does not show any, and when it loads after trying, the box becomes unchecked.
any suggestions on how to fix this? is this a known issue?
