It's a male jumping spider (family Salticidae). I'll try to find out more about it.

It looks like a Paraphidippus sp. - see https://pictureinsect.com/image-handle/image/1080/153699837135552517.jpeg?x-oss-process=image/format,webp
for an example. I suspect that your specimen is an immature that hasn't reached its full coloration pattern yet.
