Hi,

Can anyone help answer this or point me in the right direction please?

I'm trying to find out the laws and regulations surrounding mushroom and herbal tinctures.

Lion's Mane mushroom tinctures is specifically what I would like to sell in the UK.

I would also like to add other medicinal varieties, once I grow them, and herbal as well.

Lion's mane tinctures could be classed as food, I'm told, but not by someone who is an expert.

If anyone knows a forum or someone who is an authority on this subject I would be grateful for any help.

Drugs. Natural cures are restorative items. They should have a showcasing authorisation (or an item permit) except if they meet specific exclusions that permit them to be sold as unlicensed natural prescriptions.
