Found this one trying to snare me in the doorway to my bathroom just now - hanging by a thread, no web yet.

That cow skull on the back has got to be a good clue...

After a lot of web (!) searching, this looks to me most like an Arrowhead Orbweaver Spider - Verrucosa arenata.
