What's wrong with these two delphiniums?
I was happy to see that 12 of my 14 delphiniums survived the winter. But two of them are stuck at two inches tall. The two are no younger than the others. As far as I know they were given the same treatment as the others, composted manure top dressing in the fall, spray with H2O2 to keep away fungus (seems to be working).
Any ideas?
