About one centimeter long. Reminds me of a ltiny fairy when it flies.

Nice find! It's a male scale insect, see https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Male_Scale_Insect_%28Coccoidea%29_%2815445298393%29.jpg for an example. I've never seen one in the flesh.
