I always had excellent seed propagation with JL Hudson Seedsman but this year they are not offering Seashells Cosmos. I’m looking for a 1/4 pound of seed from a source that has excellent propagation! I looked through Dave’s Watchdog Top 50 but I don’t see anyone that offers bulk Seashells seed. Any great results from members for vendors would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
