I found a nest of 28 of these spiders and after looking online I still can't tell if these spiders are wolf or brown recluse. Any ideas?
Wolf Spider or Brown Recluse?
These are harmless orb-weaving spiders (family Araneidae) that have been captured and paralyzed by a wasp. The wasp larvae will feed on the still living spiders.

Makes sense as originally I thought the dirt like nest was a wasp nest so I sprayed it with wasp killer. Then as I was breaking up the nest a bunch of these spiders fell out.
