This guy came out from under a railing while my toddler was fooling around with the garden hose. It spooked me a bit b/c I'm not familiar with this type of spider and it seemed a bit recluse-ish to me. I'm in south central Ohio. Any ideas?

Not a recluse, it's a sac spider in the family Clubionidae> Some of these can deliver a painful (but not dangerous) bite if handled carelessly. Recluse spiders almost never are found out of doors or in the open. They are called recluse spiders for a reason.
