Does anyone know what could be causing this? My Nova elderberry is mulched and getting plenty of water. It also seems to be affecting my blooms and fruit. What kind of disease could this be? It's only on one of my elderberry bushes. The leaves have brown spots on the ends, then the leaves get crispy and fall off.
