My Rosemary grows good, produces well. But I've never seen it flower so I haven't been able to harvest any seeds. What am I doing wrong?

Rosemary has tiny blue flowers in summer. I have tried to grow rosemary from seed. It has a very low germination rate. It is easier to grow rosemary from cuttings. Take cuttings when the rosemary is actively growing and when it is not in flower. BTW rosemary in the ground only needs regular watering until it is established. After that it needs minimal watering and fertilizer. If you feed it too much it will display rank growth and that is probably why you don't see any flowers.
