A very pretty longhorn, most likely in the subfamily Cerambycinae, but I have been unable to identify it. There is an on-going project on the cerambycids of Colombia, you might check it out - see https://www.researchgate.net/project/La-Familia-Cerambycidae-Insecta-Coleoptera-en-Colombia
