These are on several of my rose bushes, and I've never seen them before. Does anyone have any idea what they are? They start out minuscule, smaller than the head of a straight pin. I estimate that the largest one (so far) is over 1/4" in diameter.
Rose aliens?
Maybe Rose Galls?
