I put the black one on water for this photo.
Two bugs for ID
The small reddish beetle is a lady beetle (Coccinellidae); it looks like a Rodalia sp. – see https://www.angelfire.com/bug2/j_poorani/amabilis.jpg and https://www.flickr.com/photos/nickadel/49509240607 for examples. Just FYI, “…about 550 species known under 90 genera, 16 tribes, and two subfamilies. The Indian fauna has not been studied in detail due to the lack of collections spanning the entire country, including its biodiversity hotspots.” https://www.taylorfrancis.com/chapters/edit/10.1201/9780429061400-14/coccinellidae-indian-subcontinent-poorani
The other one appears to be a water scavenger beetle (Hydrophilidae) – see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hydrophilidae. I do not believe that a more specific identification will be possible.
First link was not opening, Flap.
As I'm not going into too much detail, just an identification, if possible would suffice for me. You have identified a vast majority I have posted... yes, our country has a very diverse bounty of insect life, several not documented to be available in the web probably.
Oops - I misspelled the coccinellid genus, it should be Rodolia, not Rodalia - see http://www.natureloveyou.sg/Minibeast-Beetle/Rodolia%20sp/Main.html
