Internet leads me to Little Emerald, but says they are of Europe and North Afrika.

CLOSED: Very small green moth
This is one of the emerald moths in the family Geometridae; there are quite a few species having a similar appearance. Here is an example of one of those species (Synchlora frondaria - the southern emerald moth) reported from Arizona - https://www.butterfliesandmoths.org/species/Synchlora-frondaria
