Walking around my neighborhood I took a picture with of an unknown ( to me) plant
Is a tall, wispy with flowers on top , pink and some white. Anyone knows what is it?

Cosmos. They come in a variety of pinks, fuscia, scarlet and white. They are reseeding annuals.
