Two pictures here. One is the insect. Other is some nymph. Are they same and which one?
Insect for Id.
Two entirely different insects. The first one appears to be a nymph of a leafhopper (family Cicadellidae); the second one is a clear-winged moth (family Sesiidae), likely in the tribe Synanthedonini.
Thanks Ed, will check further.
