Choosing Vines for Patio

I am new to FL gardening, trying to create a tiny butterfly oasis around a very small patio. I especially need help selecting vines for
(1) 4 adjacent 6ft trellises and a 5th close by,
(2) morning partial to full shade,
(3) afternoon full sun, (4) sandy soil,
(5) Zone 9a, Central FL, Leesburg Temperature typically varies from 49°F to 90°F and is rarely below 35°F or above 94°F.
Desire (a) shade to cool patio*, (b) 4 season bloom*, (c) butterfly*, (d) scent .
Thinking of Holmskioldia sanguinea Chinese Hat Plant?
Can more than 1 kind of vine be planted together?

I am from S. Florida. We grew Allamanda, Bougainvillea and Mandevilla. Allamanda and Bougainvillea need trellises since they don't twine. Mandevilla twines, so it needs little guidance. Mandevilla and Bougainvillea both do well in pots. I'm not sure about Allamanda. Mandevilla is probably the lowest maintenance and easily replaced if you mess up. All come in a variety of colors and attract butterflies, bees, moths and hummers. The way things are going down there, maybe iguanas, armadillos and pythons.
