What is this broadleaf grass looking plant growing under the palm trees? The picture is of a garden in Key West. Thanks!

Can you get some close ups and better res pictures?

Reminds me of Cast Iron Plant (Aspidistra).

I looked it up and I think you may be right. I may not use it now that I know what it is though even though it is “cast-iron” it seems to spread. Thanks for your response.
