Does anyone know what kind of spider this is? I was pulling a plant in a plastic nursery pot out from a terracotta pot I had it sitting inside of before I was ready to plant it and he fell out and onto the ground. He was probably the size of my palm. Biggest spider I’ve ever seen in Oklahoma. I’ve been googling and can’t seem to find any spider with that same exact body shape.
Spider ID
I believe that is a species of common grass spider
Also, southern house spiders have very long legs like the one in the your photo

Yikes! I really don't know, I started searching for that body and leg configuration, but I can only look at so many spider pictures before I have to stop. Here is a link that might help-- https://spiderid.com/locations/united-states/oklahoma/
Good luck!
