Who is this, sheltering in place today on a variegated Viburnum, in the midst of spring showers in central Kentucky?
What is this winged fellow?
Do you have any other clear, close-up images of this insect? It may be a wasp in the family Crabronidae, but I really cannot be certain.
Alas, that's as close and clear as I got - before he felt I wasn't socially distanced enough and departed.
