I'm seeing clusters of little growths on my Winter Daphne and wondering if they're new branches being formed or if they signify my bush is troubled. I've attached a photo of one stem. You can see little clusters along the branch. Ive also attached photos of the bush. I'm in zone 7, just south of Baltimore City, Maryland 21090
