Are these bugs on petunias?

Would appreciate any insight on these black things on the petunia leaves. I have these in a pot and they haven’t bloomed. However I only noticed these
Black little things on the leave and the leaves also feel quite sticky.

Petunias do have sticky leaves and often trap small insects.
