We keep seeing these flies in our condo. Any idea what type they are?
What type of fly is this?
About what size is it? The image is too blurry for a confident i.d. Both house flies and cluster flies will overwinter indoors; becoming active when weather becomes warm enough for them.
It’s pretty small. Like I’d say half the size of a normal house fly. I think it’s young. We found the issue. Flies had unfortunately infested our cats litter box. We threw out the entire litter box and bought a new one right away!
There are still one or two of them flying around the house. I’m trying to locate them!

Once a fly has reached the adult (winged) stage, it is not going to grow any more. Your fly has the appearance of a typical muscoid fly (the group that house flies and cluster flies belong to), and likely would be considered a nuisance pest rather than something capable of serious harm.
