What might this be?
Tiger Stripes
This is a flesh fly (family Sarcophagidae). There are at least two genera in Colombia (Microcerella and Oxysarcodexia) that have species similar to your example:

At least 23 species of Oxysarcodexia have been reported from Colombia.
