Found this on the walls of my bedroom. Doesnt look like bed bugs but need further verification.

Definitely not bed bugs, as those do not have wings. The image is not clear enough for me to be certain but I would include psocopterans (barklice/booklice) among the likely suspects. These basically are harmless nuisance pests.
