A beetle of some sort?

This is a beautiful tiger beetle (Coleoptera: Carabidae; subfamily Cicindelinae) in the genus Ctenostoma - see https://farm9.static.flickr.com/8536/8683391160_6dfdac8090.jpg for am example. Yours resembles both C. succinctum and C. formicarium.
