This furry spider is on the ceiling of my Northern California home. Any thoughts about what it could be? It’s over 2 inches long - by far the largest spider ever seen indoors.

This appears to be Zoropsis spinimana, an introduced species known as a false wolf spider - http://spiderhugger.com/meet-the-spider-zoropsis-spinimana/
