Yes it is, a typical example of the family Elateridae. This family is well-represented in Colombia (see https://www.amazon.com/Estudio-taxon%C3%B3mico-Elateridae-Valle-Cauca-Colombia/dp/3844349308), but images are available for only a small sampling, and yours is not among those, unfortunately.
